Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@gotparts.ca. If your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund or you can send the product using your own shipping account. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for the package until we receive it; make sure it’s packed safely!
Damages and Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate actions.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, in such case, your order will indicate if the item is not returnable, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned neither.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please allow 15 business days to received your approved refund, if after 15 business days you have not received your refund, please contact us at Sales@gotparts.ca.
